News dispatches from Hohhot ( China ) and Los Angeles ( USA ) : On March 17, a delegation headed by Mr. Toshinao Nimura, the president of Japan Space Energy Corp., and Mr.Terry Kunimune, CEO of Kunical International Group Corp., visited Hohhot City , and had visited the Dalu Poly Project site. Mr. Tang Aijun, the city mayor, and Mr.Wu Wenyuan, the vice mayor, had interviews with the Japanese guests. The delegation later paid a visit to the Dalu Group headquarters in Nanjing ， Mr.Lu Houping, CEO of Dalu Group, and other management members attended the reception of the delegation.

During the visit, KIG company, as one of the major shareholders of Inner Mongolia Dalu Semi-conductor Material Co.,Lted. and the marketing partner, signed a 10-year long-term supply contract with SEC. The contract total capacity is more than 150 MW to start for the first year of 2010, ending 1.3GW per year in 2019.

Mr.Toshinao Nimura, the founder and president of SEC, said to the press, “Dalu Poly Project introduced the advanced polysilicon production technology and major equipment from Europe and USA , and this project after its commencement has drawn worldwide attention from this industry. Through the visit this time, we come to see that this project is under smooth progress at present. We've come to mutual agreement for a long-term co-operation with Dalu Group for the polysilicon supply, and seek strategic cooperation in solar energy industry .”

Dalu Poly Project shall be constructed in three phases with a final capacity of 18,000 tons. Phase I was commenced in September 2007, and shall be put into operation by the end of 2009. Phase II capacity is 5000 tons, and Phase III is 10000 tons. This project shall be completed in about five years' time, by then it shall become one of the major bases of polysilicon production in the world.

Dalu Group is a private energy investment company well-known in China, Dalu Group is now building the largest industrial base of coal, electricity, silicon, and solar energy in Inner Mongolia . Space Energy Corp. from Japan is a well-known company in the world, as well as one of the largest companies engaged in solar energy manufacturing in Japan .
